This Privacy Policy explains how RankWave AI (“RankWave AI”, “we”, “us”), a product operated by Sheesh Labs, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the RankWave AI WordPress plugin (the “Plugin”) and the associated cloud service available at api.rankwaveai.com (the “Service”). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to provide the Service.
1. Who we are

2. Information we process
The Plugin runs on your own WordPress site. To deliver AI features it communicates with our Service. Depending on the features you use, we process:

We do not sell your data, and we do not use the content you submit to train our own models. AI actions are opt-in — the Plugin does not transmit your content to the Service unless you explicitly request an AI-powered feature.
3. Third-party / external services
To provide AI functionality that cannot be performed locally inside WordPress, the Service relies on third-party AI providers. When you trigger an AI action, the relevant content described above is sent to one or more of these providers solely to compute and return a result:
- Large-language-model and embedding providers used to generate analysis, metadata and suggestions.
These providers process the data only to fulfil the request and under their own terms and privacy commitments. We will keep an up-to-date list of active subprocessors available on request at emails@sheeshlabsai.com.
4. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Plugin and Service.
- To authenticate requests and protect against abuse and fraud.
- To respond to support requests and, where you opted in, send product updates.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. Data retention
Content submitted for AI processing is used to compute a response and is not retained longer than necessary to deliver and debug the Service. Request logs and security metadata are retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. Waitlist/contact emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.
6. Cookies
This marketing website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The Plugin itself stores its settings in your WordPress database and does not set third-party cookies on your visitors.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email emails@sheeshlabsai.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
Requests between the Plugin and the Service are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
