These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RankWave AI WordPress plugin (the “Plugin”) and the cloud service at api.rankwaveai.com (the “Service”), operated by Sheesh Labs (“we”, “us”). By installing the Plugin or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Plugin & the Service

The Plugin is free and open-source software distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. AI-powered features connect to the Service to perform processing that cannot be carried out locally within WordPress. Use of the Service may require an API key.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Submit content you do not have the right to process.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the requested AI features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit any content you send to the Service.

4. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update the Plugin, at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Plugin and Service are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before use. SEO results are not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheesh Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Plugin or Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Plugin and Service at any time by deactivating and removing the Plugin.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which Sheesh Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.
